We caved in this year and opened all of our gifts prior to Christmas Eve...I guess that's what happens when you get old. hahaha
I think I've prepared everything I had planned to for our Christmas Eve dinner tonight (it's just for R, myself and our roommate when he gets back from work later tonight). On tonight's menu:
Honey Ham
Cornbread stuffing
Garlic mashed potatoes (don't worry R, I went light on the garlic)
Rolls
Corn
Candied carrots
and of course, R's favorite...GRAVY
We're also going to try our friend's homemade honey white wine...can't wait!
